Superwisor is committed to protect information from prospective customers by partnering and using only reputable technology service providers operating under the strictest data protection standards. By accepting the terms and conditions you agree to share information from your company, to be used by Superwisor to create a demo as close to the operating environment for the prospective customer.  

This product can only be used by the pilot companies that have entered an agreement with SuperWisor, and terms and conditions are subject to change when the pilot is over and both parties agree to start a commercial relationship. 

Data will be stored in a safe, secure and certified environment by SuperWisor's cloud provider with the compliance in this specification https://www.heroku.com/compliance We will not share or sell your pilot data to third parties. 

All data you have created in this product will belong to your company and all instructions can be handed over if the cooperation (demo/pilot) between your company and SuperWisor comes to an end. 

If requested by you we will remove all company created data from our system within 72 hours.

SuperWisor will be liable for system failures, but not liable for the accuracy of information entered by prospective customers into the system. For example: SuperWisor will not be liable if your instruction is incorrectly created or contains misleading information that results in negative impact for the prospective customer (safety incidents, quality impact, service interruption, performance loss, or any other negative impact to customer’s operation. 

As part of the “demo or pilot” agreement, Supervisor will issue a certain quantity of licenses, and it is the responsibility of the prospective customer to use them appropriately. Any misuse of those licenses, including sharing passwords or allowing different users to use an unauthorized license, or any other way where SuperWisor system in a way that is not intended, will result on financial penalties or legal action.
